International Women’s Day is the opportunity to remind us that

- We are all equal,
- Thanks to the first race organisers Michael Lemmel and Mats Skoll, since its inception swimrun has always treated men and women equally,
- Swimrun is a team sport and the women, mixed and men teams are treated equally
